3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• 24-Hour Cancellation: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service price.

• No-Shows: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment without notice may be subject to a fee equal to 25% of the scheduled service price.

These fees are not cumulative; only the applicable cancellation or no-show fee will be assessed.

Clients are encouraged to reschedule or cancel through Vagaro or contact us directly.

Any applicable fees will be disclosed during booking and charged only in accordance with the client's authorization and applicable law.

4. Late Arrivals

We encourage clients to arrive on time to ensure the best possible treatment experience.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or the need to reschedule, depending on the treatment and remaining availability.

If an appointment cannot be accommodated due to a late arrival, applicable cancellation policies may apply when previously disclosed and agreed upon.

5. Payments & Pricing
